Check-in
As the annual conference got underway, Dake employees began arriving at the venue. Under the attentive guidance of the staff, everyone collected their good-luck registration envelopes and raffle tickets—each holding a surprise—in an orderly fashion, before dropping their raffle tickets into the designated box. As the tickets gently fell into place, anticipation and laughter mingled lightly in the air.
Message from the Managing Director
The annual conference officially commenced, with General Manager Mr Liang Xiaodong taking to the stage to deliver his opening address. He looked back on the extraordinary year of 2025, noting that despite the industry-wide challenges, Dake had relocated to a new factory, embarking on a fresh chapter. Thanks to the concerted efforts of all colleagues, the company had steadied its course and achieved a smooth transition. Mr Liang extended his sincere gratitude to every hard-working member of the team. Looking ahead to 2026, he expressed firm confidence and a clear vision, expressing his hope to continue marching forward shoulder to shoulder with all Dak employees to achieve new goals and scale new heights.

On our journey of endeavour, every team member has braved the headwinds and forged ahead against the waves. We have always believed that hard work pays off, and that every effort deserves to be recognised.
These shining examples have not only achieved personal success through their outstanding performance, but have also driven the company forward with steadfast determination. Lucky Draw
Among the many highlights of the annual conference, the grand prize draw was undoubtedly the most thrilling moment. From practical gifts to spectacular surprises, every prize embodied the company’s heartfelt care for its staff. Eight rounds of lucky draws repeatedly sent the atmosphere into a frenzy, with cheers ringing out one after another and enthusiasm filling the venue.
Between prize draws, multi-talented staff took to the stage one after another, filling the venue with moving melodies. Deputy General Manager Ge’s rendition of ‘Grey Trajectory’ struck a chord with the entire audience through his heartfelt vocals. The rousing singing intertwined with the joyous prize draws, and every Dake colleague was immersed in the warm atmosphere, their faces beaming with happy smiles.
More highlights
Amidst laughter and cheerful conversation, Dake Bearings’ 2026 Annual Gala drew to a successful close. We would like to thank every single team member for their hard work and for journeying alongside us; it is your perseverance and dedication that have illuminated our path of endeavour throughout the year.
